Shiatsu Gravity Massage Chair with Air Massage

I still haven't gone through all of the menu items, but the default massage is very, very good. Nothing beats an actual skilled and caring human, who will "crack" joints , but this comes close. My only gripe is that there are no instructions that I found to put the two pieces consisting of the main body and the foot/leg attachment. There are two bearing shafts ~3 cm. (~1.25"-1.5") that support the foot/leg attachment that go into bearing journals secured by two screws each. Yours truly did this by himself but most people should have one person supporting the weight while another lines up the screw holes and secures the journals.

We're still getting through all the massage options on this chair. The chair is comfortable and certainly covers all the areas of the body. Our only issue is that the compression on the leg and feet area is pretty substantial! So uncomfortable that we have to remove our feet and legs during the massage while the compression activates. If there's a way to reduce the compression, we haven't found it. We have it on "level 1" and it's still tight. That's just our preference. The voice control is a nice option, so you don't need to look at the controller to change things up.

We've had this chair for three months now, works like a champ. We've tried all of the automatic massage choices and definitely have favorites, although the names and descriptions are amusing.
There is a learning curve to adjusting the pressure, but once you figure out out, it's easy. We put a towel in the chair to reduce the pressure, but the longer we have the chair, we don't really need it.

Prefer some features of thus chair to others I have used. I would buy this again.

My husband got this for me for my birthday. I have several herniated discs throughout my back along with a broken spine almost a year ago. This helps me so much! My muscles are in Heaven!! Funny thing is my husband uses it even more than me. We bought a cover to keep the dust out and the grandkids off of it. It is by far the best birthday gift ever! Very easy to set up. I use the “spot” option most of the time. I let it go up and down but I can spend more time on the areas that need it most. My husband has fallen asleep in this chair several times already. Fits perfect next to the couch. Extremely good quality! I’ve had it for over 2 months now and I love it!!

It’s absolutely perfect! I did tons of research and this chair has all the features of chairs that are much more expensive. It has many different programs and ways of adjusting and personalizing them. Some people complain that the rollers press too hard. I felt that in my lower back the very first time, but since then have used a thin, deflated stadium cushion in that area until my muscles become more relaxed. I would rather that, than to have it too weak with no way of adjusting the intensity.
The chair is very quiet and the built-in speakers work beautifully. It’s beautiful and compact, fitting perfectly in my room.
My only complaint is that I ordered Space White and the first one I received was black AND a different model. Within 2 weeks it was removed and replaced with the correct one. Make sure to carefully check the box for color and model before the delivery truck leaves.

The only thing it doesn’t have is a calf roller of some sort. The pressure on hands, rollers on feet are all great.

I liked the settings in it body scanning is perfect fits to your legs and shoulders well. Hard deep massaging I liked the most

This chair is the best! Easy to set up , massage is wonderful. The delivery team was terrible. They no showed me 3 times (when I took off work for the delivery window). Just when I was at wits end and about to return it 1 they showed up at my door at 7:05am unannounced. Avoid the company NSD if possible.

We have had a great experience with our new massage chair. Reading other reviews, I noticed some people had issues with delivery. We received it exactly when it was supposed to be delivered and it was set up without any issues by the delivery team. The chair does everything we need and has so many functions. We have used more expensive models and honestly feel this chair is very comparable with o my a couple of minor features different (lighting, built in relaxation sounds, or certain programs that can be saved). Definitely a great purchase!!

We love our massage chair! There are plenty of preprogrammed massages all of which serve their purpose. We like the ability to adjust the strength of both the actual massage and the air bags. It took a few tries to get it adjusted to our liking (first try it was too tight on our legs and to hard on our lower back) but after playing with the settings we got it just right. Would highly recommend!

The chair was worth every penny. Delivery was flawless. You will not regret buying this massage chair.
