We bought it in January. It seemed to work ok, until about a week ago when it became intermittent and it has now failed completely. So far, the Mfg has not contacted us. UPDATE: We just received another one from the Mfg. So, I took the old broken one apart to find out why it failed. I found that the charger has failed. The charger is the part that is plugged into the wall. I noticed that the failed charger put out 5 volts while the newer one puts out about 4 volts. Since the charger will not be working as hard, I hope it will last. I gave them 4 stars since I think they may have fixed their problem.

I purchased for my mother who is of advanced age. She has difficulty bending to clean tubs and other. This tool worked exceptionally well. She was able to clean tubs/ showers without bending over. She could easily lift to clean other items about shoulder height. I was pleased how well it worked and that attachments were easy on / off. I would purchase again.

This was an excellent purchase. I bought it to get in areas l cannot reach as an older person, like the floor along and behind the toilet. It cleaned it like new! Sparkling clean! I was afraid it would not do what l wanted it to but l was and continue to be very happy with this item! And it’s long enough that l don’t have to bend and comes easily apart for easy storage and back together in a snap. You won’t be disappointed.

Given we are home a lot more often now and are using our homes a lot more than we ever did before, cleaning around the house has become a bothering problem for a lot of us. Bathrooms especially are used at least 2-3x more now than ever, which also means they get dirty quick. I am a clean freak and want my premises as clean as possible for most of the times. I decided to buy this rotating spin scrubber with several attachments alongside a steam cleaner which has been nothing but a lifesaver. I am now able to clean my tub and tiles without having to break my back bending down. It's neat to have multiple attachments for tub, tiles, etc. I do a hot steam flush on to the floors or tubs first and then scrub it with this brush. However, you don't necessarily need a steamer - I feel like some basic detergent or cleaner with this brush will be more than enough for most uses.

Got these for my mom to use when she cleans the bathroom. She used to always get back pain and knee pain after cleaning because she has to kneel down for a long time. These works perfectly she is so happy about this tool. Now she doesn't even have to use much force and labor to clean the bathtub. She can now reach the ceiling as well with the extension arm. The battery life is surpassingly good compare to my wireless vacuum. These last over an hour each full charge, which is more than enough. We only use it for bathroom cleaning, but would prob be useful to clean my garage as well when we have more time. Anyway, these are super worth the money to save manual labor chores and would make any mom super happy!!! =)

Arrived before due date. I needed something after surgery to clean walk-in shower. I pray this lasts as components are pretty simple. I’m waiting now for a recharge after cleaning shower, I’d like to do floor grout, but it ran out of juice! At first I thought I wouldn’t have strength to remove the snap on heads, but after using, was not a problem. The flat head when cleaning shower, kind of spun outta control and required two hands, I switched to the rounded head and it was fine.

This this is absolutely amazing. It saves my back from having to bend over to clean in the tub and I don’t even have to scrub I just push a button! I literally love this so much I don’t understand why these aren’t more popular or expensive honestly this is a really good price for such a great little automatic scrubber I’ve used it for our tub and the corners of the bathroom floor even my fiancé tried it and he said wow that kinda cool. I do the cleaning so I’m super happy for it I highly recommend this scrubber

I bought one for myself in January after a car accident left me unable to manually scrub my house clean. I am totally and completely happy with this rechargeable scrubber! You only have to hold it in place no pressure needed and it cleand everything! I love it so much I bought one for my mom who can't get down on her knees anymore and she loves it as well! Would recommend for anyone to use but especially for elderly or mobile challenged people who have trouble scrubbing. Very lightweight, easy to start and stop, easy to extend and collapse, easy to recharge, easy to change heads. Honestly there are no negatives!
