4″ Mini Electric Cordless Chain Saw

So I watch a lot of you tube grass cutters and the all swear by this little tool. We had a major brush and shrub project at our condo, remanents from Ian. I ordered on a Wednesday and got it Thursday. Friday morning after charging the battery and a little oil on chain went to work. The battery lasted 2.5 hours of almost nonstop use. It tore through the palms, the bamboo, and leggy overgrowth. Very happy and pleased. Coming home with me.

I bought this saw to trim tree branches. Since it's not as powerful as a larger saw, it takes some time to saw off thicker branches. Every now and then the chain slips and gets stuck in larger branches, but I belive the product is a good deal for the price and less dangerous as a regular size electric saw.

I love this thing. What makes it different than any other one is the oil reservoir. I use it the fur my bears, feather my Eagles, and clean up any of my carvings. My only drawback is how quickly the battery is run out. Since I own three of them I have six batteries. I wish they would make this thing electric and then I'd be the happiest man on Earth. The newest model is a complete upgrade. It's smoother, the batteries work better, and the oil reservoir doesn't leak as much.

I was skeptical about having a small electric chainsaw because I had previously tried a large size one and it could not make continued big cuts like a gas chainsaw. These small size electric saws are actually perfect for small jobs like pruning. For pruning, the battery and motor size are perfect. I have over 2000 pine trees in various stages of growth and I needed a good solution for pruning the lower small (2-3 inch thick) branches. A gas chainsaw gets pretty heavy if you need to do a lot of pruning, but this light weight electric 4 inch saw was a breeze to use for an hour or more

I needed a small saw that was easier to use than a handsaw since my hands are a little arthritic and saws aren't always easy too manage in tight spots as they tend to get stuck or bounce around. This handy tool easily slices through branches too thick for loppers and helps shave off knobby, old rose wood with ease. As a landscape professional, I give this product an A+ so far. Let's hope it holds up. I'd even recommend this to my 79 year old mom since it's easy, light and gets those larger branches cut in a jiffy.

I was pleasantly surprised at the ability of this saw. It works best on limbs that are just a bit too large for a lopper, but not the best on smaller branches. The battery lasted through two days of use (about 15 minutes each time) and recharged quickly. I haven’t tried to “ max it out” but for appropriate sized jobs, this saw worked great!

Okay: We had a small shrub with a 2-inch trunk die from the long deep freeze we had last winter. The shrub had lived 25 years, but couldn't handle that winter. I trimmed almost all of it away, leaving 6 inches of 2-inch thick trunk for mañana, which never came. During the intervening year that trunk dried and became very tough to saw...so I didn't. My wife took Amazon into her own hands and bought this tiny battery chain saw. Naturally, having been lured by a new toy, I tried it. Amazingly it is NOT a toy but actually a real and useful tool. It has plenty of cutting power -no blade bogging- and it cuts quickly. It's light enough to carry up a ladder or when climbing around in a tree, and the battery seems to have enough reserve to make quite a few cuts before you have to climb down from the tree. I actually fully recommend this.

This works as advertised on Amazon or public videos. I cut through a 4" branch with no problem. I can't comment on battery life or charging rate as I've only just received it.

I had previously bought a 6" saw on Amazon, from another manufacturer, that would only cut with the first 2" of the blade and jammed if I tried to use the middle of the chain. I'm returning that one.

I've used this so many times since I got it. Very easy to use & works very well! Definitely worth it. Saved me so much time on yardwork.

I have a couple other chainsaws but they are bulky and require a power chord or gas. This little machine is amazing. It can cut much larger branches than I would have expected. It is relatively lightweight, which makes it easy to maneuver. Highly recommend!

I purchased this last year for myself to eliminate a little wear and tear on my hands - It is a really nice little tool and will cut up some good size limbs. My 88 year old uncle saw me using this and asked to borrow it and also loved it so I bought him one on the spring special. I highly recommend this little tool

This saw works awesome. Battery life is good, gets most jobs done on a single charge. This saw cuts through most wood and tree limbs with ease. Works great for trimming my palm tree.
