1. How long does it take to process my order?
We process most orders within 1–2 business days. Once processed, shipping times vary by destination:

  • USA: 5–12 business days

  • Canada, Europe, Australia, New Zealand: 7–15 business days
    Please note that delivery times do not include customs processing for international orders.


2. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout for orders above the minimum threshold. This threshold is calculated after any promotions or discounts. Free shipping may be limited to certain regions, typically the US.


3. Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your package ships, you’ll receive tracking information via email. This allows you to monitor your order every step of the way.


4. What happens if an item is out of stock?
All orders are subject to item availability at the time of dispatch. If an item in your order is out of stock, we will notify you by email and issue a refund for that item.


5. Are there customs or import fees for international orders?
International shipments may be subject to customs or import charges depending on your country and the order value. These fees are the recipient’s responsibility and are not included in the order total. We recommend checking with your local customs office for details.


6. Which countries do you ship to?
We currently deliver worldwide, except for: North Korea, Venezuela, Cuba, Iran, Ethiopia, Sudan, Syria, Yemen, Iraq, Pakistan, and India.


7. Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be canceled within 30 minutes of placement. After this time, your order may already be in processing. If you need to cancel quickly, email us immediately at [email protected].


8. What if my package is lost, undeliverable, or returned?
We are not responsible for packages that are refused, unclaimed, undeliverable, or returned due to incorrect/insufficient addresses. Please double-check your shipping information when placing an order.


9. Why did my order arrive in separate packages?
Orders may be shipped in multiple packages due to backordered items, weight limits, or items coming from different warehouse locations.
