Our commitment to customer satisfaction extends to our Returns and Refund Policy. Please carefully review the following guidelines for a clear understanding of the terms and conditions associated with returning items and seeking refunds from Snappyfinds.com:
1. Return Eligibility:
- The return window is 30 days from the date of purchase or 7 days after the item is delivered. Returns requested after this period will not be considered for a refund.
- To be eligible for a return, a valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Items must be returned in new/unused condition, with all original packaging intact. Clothing merchandise must include attached tags.
- Certain products are not eligible for a refund due to hygienic reasons, including hats, headbands, socks, swimwear, bras, liquids, food-related, health, and personal care items.
2. Return Process:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Please use a trackable shipping service or consider purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned goods without tracking.
- Contact our Customer Support at support@snappyfinds.com to initiate the return process. A return address will be provided, and it is important not to send the item back to the manufacturer.
3. Refund Processing:
- Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item (excluding weekends or holidays).
- Snappyfinds.com reserves the right to deny returns that do not comply with our Return Policy.
4. Re-Stocking Fee:
- All returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
5. Refund Scenarios:
- A refund will be granted under the following circumstances:
- Item didn’t reach the provided delivery address (excluding customer input errors).
- Item has a manufacturing problem.
- Item is a different size than what was ordered.
- Replacement inquiries must be made within 48 hours of receiving the item, accompanied by a photo/video showcasing the defect in quality or size.
6. Non-Refundable Situations:
- Full refunds are not available if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g., providing the wrong shipping address).
- The order has already been processed for shipping.
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of Snappyfinds.com.
7. Sale Items and Seasonal Items:
- Sale items are not eligible for a refund; only regularly priced items qualify.
- Sales of seasonal items are final.
8. Privacy During Returns:
- Snappyfinds.com is committed to protecting your privacy.
- Information collected during returns will be securely stored for a reasonable period, utilized for fraud protection, research, and analysis. It may be disclosed to state and territory departments upon request, as required by law.
9. Late or Missing Refunds:
- Follow the outlined steps to check for refunds before contacting Snappyfinds.com.
10. Undeliverable Packages:
- Snappyfinds.com is not responsible for packages returned as undeliverable. No credit or refund will be issued for items in such packages.
- If a package is lost in transit, please contact the local post office to file a claim.
