Magnetic Mini GPS Tracker

The device arrived quickly. I called the company about connecting from another country. They answered quickly. I got a real person, an employee of the company, not a call center. Very friendly and helpful.

This product was quick to activate, the instructions were pretty stait forward but I didn't like was that it updates every 10 mins instead of 1 minute like I paid for so I'll be calling them tomorrow I hope they can resolve that, but other than that I liked it

It would have been nice not to feel railroaded into purchasing a subscription for the device to function. Possibly offer a base product with a base subscription with the option to upgrade the service needed. Customers would like to get the product up and running before having to decide on the data service they may need. If the base option isn't adequate, then give them an option to upgrade down the road and not all up front. The customer may only use the device for one month yet has purchased service for six months that he may not ever even use. Other than that, the product functions and operates great. Device documentation is adequate.

I had ordered 5 Spot Tracers from another brand after my trailer was stolen out of our office parking lot a week ago. Some competitors don't recommend hiding the tracker under the vehicle etc, that's when I found LandAirSea 54 online and had to give it a shot. Just finished installing 5 of these units and I am happy to say that I am secure and it feels great.

I love this product! We use it for a rental RV and it’s a passive way to keep track of where renters are taking the vehicle. It doesn’t violate their privacy (you only see the location, not anything else in real time) and it gives us peace of mind knowing that our vehicle is where we expect it to be.

I had trouble with the first one sent me, It was Doa after first charge. Land Air Sea's technical support people were excellent, helped me through diagnostics and troubleshooting it. Then promptly sent me a replacement unit immediately with postpaid label to send back the defective one. It was a good experience dealing with the Tech folks. They do it themselves, as in they don't send you to Pakistan or India to a Customer Service Contractor. Very refreshing thanks! I think we will be buying more tracker units for our rental equipment

Very easy to setup and get connected. Will update after some use on battery life, and how secure it feels on the vehicle.

I like that this is so easy to use. Very accurate on the location. I know exactly what I need to keep an eye on what's going on.
