Smart Neck Massager – 5 Modes

This is a great dual function neck massager. Not only does it massage, with/without heat but it also has EMS/TENS capabilities. It comes with everything one will need to reducen his/her pain. The heat is not too much but make sure you wet as instructions advise. The only thing I would add would be a Carey bag or case.

Awesome when driving. Went on vacation and drove a lot of miles. Being I have a torn disk due to a car accident and being hit from behind.

I didn't like how subtle the massage felt. After a bit of adjusting both the ,assuage device and my attitude I was able to grow an appreciation for the muscle stimulation this massager provides. If you haven't used one before it can be a bit frustrating but after finding the right settings for your own personal comfort, you get some relief. The heat function works really well.

Still getting comfortable with using it. Has reduced neck pain.

I love the heat option for my neck. I also love the pulsing mode how it squeezes my muscles.

I often get migraines and wake up due to headaches. Often times my headaches are stress / muscle tension related. This gem helps a lot. Especially when I made a 13 hour one-way road trip. Usually I have neck issues and headaches but not this time. What a great find.

Wow, just wow! This thing is amazing and relaxing. Now just a heads up this is not a traditional massager, so there is no rotating parts that deeply knead your neck as I was expecting. This massager is like a TENs massager using electronic pulses to message the muscle.So there are different modes of messages and it has heating too. The combination is amazing and relaxing. I wouldn't recommend doing this while working because it will relax you so much and make you sleepy but before bed, you'll sleep like a baby.Another pro is that there is a connection to message other parts while enjoying the neck message. It has a handy remote that allows you to increase/lower the heat and the intensity of the electronic pulse. It automatically turns off as well but I tend to turn it back on for a 2nd round.I would recommend this device to anyone that wants a relaxing message.Product suggestion: I noticed that there is nothing in the manual in regards to low battery. There is no light to indicate when the battery is running low. I noticed that the last 2 times I used this there were 2 quick beeps every couple of mins. Maybe that indicates low battery. I am charging the device now and if the beeping goes away then I'll know it was for low battery. I would suggest to add a battery indicator light to show how much battery the device has, when the battery is low and when charging is complete. Other than that I'm loving this product.

This Massage with heat is not what I expected and wanted. The unit is very uncomfortable and tight around the neck. However the massage felt good. The heat was way too low. I sent it back for a iStin ten rechargeable for $56.00 which is exactly what I was hoping for to help my spastic nerve on my neck. Hope this is helpful when you are deciding what to buy.

Didn’t care for it as it didn’t stay charged or heated very long. Did nothing for my pain. It’s to expensive for what it does(which isn’t much) Don’t waste your time or money

This product was a replacement, as an upgrade to one I bought a couple of years ago. I love the additional pads I can place where I can have extra relief. I placed them on my lower back. With the massage going from my neck down to the upper back and then to my lower back is very relaxing and pain relieving. I recommend this highly!

i absolutely LOVE this massager. i love that it shuts off on it own because im usually asleep in 15 minutes because it feels so good. but if not i just turn it on for another 15. the heat feature is wonderful. the remote is not my favorite thing. it gets lost in the sheets a lot.. and recently in went through the washer.... :-( im not sure how to contact customer service.... can anyone help?
