Electric Mason Jar Vacuum Sealer

Very adequate replacement for any FoodSaver accessory attachment. High capacity battery, impressive interval between recharge. Straight and simple operation, easy time & remaining power level readout. Couldn't do without it now :)

Bought this to save some of my produce and dried goods from going bad as quickly. Workes easily enough with the press of 1 button. Doesn't take up much counter space which is nice and the wide mouth setting fits inside the standard mouth setting.

Love this mason jar sealer! Experimented with a peeled banana and was pleasantly shocked by the results. I’m so satisfied that I’m getting more mason jars to store stuff in. Note: instructions vague on how long it takes to seal—just let it run, and it shuts off once sealed.

I had purchased the Electric Mason Jar Vacuum Sealer as I was giving away home-made food gifts during the holidays (I didn't want my gift recipients to feel like they had to eat right away) and wanted the food to maintain freshness.Let me just say this... not only did it work wonders on those gifts (many of the people whom I gave the food-based gifts remarked how much they liked the vacuum sealing),

This is a great product.

It’s very useful but you have to use brand new lids every time. I would meal prep for the week, so it was helpful for me.

Works great for dry goods

this was just delivered yesterday and I did a quick test on both wide and regular mouth jars. it takes some finessing (a lot of finessing) to get the adapter off and back on again and also to get the unit attached to a wide mouth jar but it did what was expected for both style jars. my concern is that I don't see an option for replacing the battery when it stops holding a charge. also seems that all the models use USB chargers because everyone's house has USB outlets lol I know we have to use an adapter for charging but a standard plug would be better received. The primary red flag is not being able to replace the rechargeable battery and although the whole unit isn't too expensive I don't want to be forced to buy a new one just because of the battery- which would be grossly wasteful but necessary. I suspect that some of the negative reviews could be because the battery stopped holding a charge. if I find that the battery can be replaced then I may upgrade my review but for now I'm considering returning because of this limitation.

I love this product. I use canning jars and done so for years. I have one attached to my vacuum sealer. Now I can just use this instead of taking out the big machine all the time. I found that the charge could be longer. I am getting about 5 to 7 days before charging again.
