Shipping Information
Order Processing & Delivery Timeline
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Expect delivery within:
- USA: 5-12 business days
- Canada, Europe, Australia, New Zealand: 7-15 business days
Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance and courier delays. Shipping times do not include customs processing.
Customs & Import Charges
International orders may incur import/customs charges, which are the recipient’s responsibility. For details, consult your country’s customs service.
Free Shipping
Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout for orders above the specified threshold (after promotions/discounts). Free shipping may only be available for US orders.
Delivery Methods & Eligible Countries
We use USPS, FedEx, and other local/global carriers. Some orders may ship directly from overseas manufacturers. We deliver to all countries except North Korea, Venezuela, Cuba, Iran, Ethiopia, Sudan, Syria, Yemen, Iraq, Pakistan, and India.
Processing vs Shipping Time
Processing takes 2-3 business days before your order is dispatched. Tracking information will be provided once your package ships.
Order Cancellation & Unclaimed Orders
- Orders cannot be canceled after 30 minutes of placement.
- We are not responsible for packages returned as unclaimed, refused, or undeliverable due to incorrect addresses.
Returns & Refunds
Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase or 7 days after delivery.
- Valid proof of purchase is required.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with tags attached (clothing).
- Non-refundable items: hats, headbands, socks, swimwear, bras, liquids, food, health/personal care items.
Return Process
- Customers pay return shipping; trackable service recommended.
- Contact [email protected] to initiate returns. Do not return items to the manufacturer.
Refund Processing
- Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after receiving returned items.
- Snappyfinds.com reserves the right to deny returns that do not comply with our policy.
- All returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
Refund Scenarios
- Item didn’t reach the delivery address (excluding customer errors).
- Item has a manufacturing defect.
- Item is a different size than ordered (must report within 48 hours with photo/video evidence).
Non-Refundable Situations
- Order didn’t arrive due to customer-provided incorrect address.
- Order already processed for shipping.
- Other exceptional circumstances outside Snappyfinds.com control.
Sale & Seasonal Items
- Sale items are non-refundable; only regularly priced items qualify.
- Seasonal items are final sale.
Privacy During Returns
Information collected during returns will be securely stored for fraud protection, research, and analysis. Personal info may be disclosed to authorities if required by law.
Late or Missing Refunds & Undeliverable Packages
Check our FAQ for refund inquiries. Snappyfinds.com is not responsible for packages returned as undeliverable. If a package is lost in transit, contact your local post office to file a claim.
